We’re passionate about helping you grow.
Meet Erin
Since 2019, I have been providing therapy to clients at Windsor Essex Community Health Centre – Teen Site and have experience working with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, disordered eating, self-esteem/ confidence, self-harming behaviours, academic and parenting challenges, and relationship concerns.
I am a mental health advocate and a forever learner. In my down time, which is scarce these days, you can find me reading books of all genres (but mostly mental health related), doing yoga, and spending time with my family and friends.
