Therapy and Counselling for
Adults and Adolescents
WINDSOR, ONTARIO
We’re here to help you thrive
I support adolescents and adults in their desire to cope with challenges or crises, reduce symptoms and improve their overall wellbeing.
My mission is to provide affordable and accessible treatment that is effective, flexible, and practical for the busy schedule.
My interests are attachment and developmental trauma. This probably stems from a combination of my undergraduate thesis, my experience working in child protection, and seeing the impact of insecure attachment on day to day functioning at all ages & stages.
I work with
INDIVIDUALS

ABOUT
Hi, I’m Erin.
I am an elder millennial therapist, mom of 2 littles, and a county living introvert. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Masters of Social Work degree all from the University of Windsor. I started my career in child protection in Niagara (where I am originally from) but ended up landing permanently in Windsor Essex County after having my first child. Unpopular opinion but I love Windsor. And one of the best things about it is all the different restaurants and places to eat.
We’re here to help you through your biggest struggles.

SECOND
After booking the initial appointment, you will be sent an intake & consent form to fill out online.
THIRD
